These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the Protect Your Digital Life digital product and this website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Digital product
Your purchase provides a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and use the eBook. The product is delivered electronically as a PDF. No physical item will be shipped.
Permitted household use
You may save the PDF on your personal devices, print copies for personal use, and share it with members of your immediate household. You may not resell, upload publicly, distribute to a mailing list or organization, remove ownership notices, or create competing products from the content.
Payment
The displayed price is charged once in U.S. dollars. There is no recurring subscription. Payment processing is provided through NMI. Card details are entered into tokenized gateway-hosted fields and are subject to the payment processor’s terms.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval when there is evidence of abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback fraud, unauthorized redistribution, or other misuse.
